We are sorry that we didn't manage to make an exe for scid for windows.

We have this line
3.Qxd3 f4 4.Rb3 d4 5.cxd4 Qc4 6.d5 Bxd5 7.exd5 Qxd5 8.Ne4+ Ke6 9.Nc5+ Kd6 10.Ke2 Kc6 11.Qxd5+ Kxd5 12.Rd3+ Kc6 13.Rd2 e4 14.fxe4 Be5 15.Rd5 Bf6 16.Ne6 f3+ 17.Kxf3 Bc3 18.Ncd4+ Bxd4 19.Nxd4+ )

and in your variation
10. Ke2 Qxd3+ 11.Rxd3+ Kc6 12.Kf2 e4 13.fxe4 Bc3 14.Rd5 Bf6 15.Nb3 f3 16.Ncd4+ Bxd4+ 17.Nxd4+

A new official patch for scid has been mais :
it is in subversion and can be applied with
"svn update"
"patch -p0 <patches/minichess5x5.diff"
"make clean install"

There is some sort of typo in this line in the b4 line:
http://membres-lig.imag.fr/prost/MiniCh ... vesb4.html

[ 2.e4 bxc3 3.Bxc3+ Bc5+ 4.d4+ Nxd4 5.Bxd4+ exd4 6.e5+ Qxe5 7.Qxe5 Bxb8 8.fxe2=. b4-+ ]

Black cannot play Bxb8, as Qxe5 is check. Also, b8 is not a legal square...

Some more confusion a couple lines down:
[ 4.e4+ dxe4 5.xxe4+ exd4+ 6.Kxd4+ bxc3+ 7.Kxb6+ Nxd4+-+ ]

Not sure what xxe4 is. And the line after that.
[ 4.Kf4+ exf4+ 5.exf4+ b3 6.Ke3+ Bxf4 7.Qd3+ Bxe3 8.Qxe3 Qe4-+ ]

Well, Kf4 is bogus, but exf4 after it would be really outre... Then comes

[ 4.Kxb4+ Nxb4 5.Qd2+ ]
[ 5.Kxb4+ Rxb4 6.dxe5+ ]
[ 6.Kxb4+ Bxb4-+ ]

I'm not sure how many straight times White can play Kxb4+, particularly if Black twice recaptures the king. Even the first instance seems inapparent. There is also another "4.Kxb4+ Nxb4-+" a bit further down.

[ 4.Kxb4+ Nxb4-+ ]
[ 4.Kd2 b3-+ 5.dxe5 Bxe5 6.Kd4 Nxd4+ 7.exd4 Bxd4 8.Ke3+ Qe5 ]
[ 4.Qd3+ e4+ 5.Qe2+ b3+-+ ]
[ 4.Kb3+ Kf4 5.dxe5+ ]

As far as I can tell, none of the 4 White moves given are legal. Hopefully this is just some parsing error of a typo with SCID, which then skids the whole shebang off the tracks for the rest of the input.
